Terms of service

Using Creator Rivals

Creator Rivals helps creators and networks arrange TikTok LIVE battles and tournaments. You must be at least 18 and eligible to use TikTok LIVE. Keep your account information accurate, protect your login, and only connect TikTok accounts and Discord servers you are authorized to manage. Creator Rivals is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok or Discord.

Accounts and network access

Creators manage their own battles. Network owners and approved leads or managers manage their network within their assigned permissions. Requests to join a network or become staff require approval. Leaving or being removed from a network does not automatically delete your Creator Rivals account. Do not impersonate others, bypass access restrictions, harass users, or upload unlawful material.

Battles, tournaments and rewards

Organizers are responsible for tournament descriptions, schedules, eligibility, results and any promised rewards or network contributions. Creator Rivals does not collect tournament entry payments, hold prize money or guarantee payment of rewards. Resolve reward arrangements with the organizer before participating. You remain responsible for following TikTok’s rules. Schedules and notifications can change; check the app for the current schedule.

Free launch and future pricing

Access is free during the initial launch. No subscription is charged under these terms. If paid subscriptions are introduced, their price, billing terms and cancellation process will be presented before you agree to purchase.

Content and connected services

You retain ownership of your content and permit Creator Rivals to display and process it to provide the service. TikTok, Discord and other connected providers have their own terms. Notifications depend on those providers and may be delayed or unavailable. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal information in reports or public profiles.

Availability, safety and account restrictions

We work to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or error-free notifications. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service or threaten its security. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
