Who operates the service

Creator Rivals is an independently operated creator scheduling service. For privacy questions and account requests, contact snipersquadstreams@gmail.com.

Information we collect

We process your account email, login credentials through our authentication provider, TikTok handle and profile photo, profile details, time zone, role, network membership and approval requests. We also store battle schedules, tournament entries and results, referral associations, in-app notifications, issue reports and records of administrative actions.

When you connect TikTok, we request the approved Login Kit profile permissions to verify ownership and import your handle and profile photo. We do not ask for your TikTok password. A network Discord connection stores the server and channel identifiers and notification settings needed for the bot. Service credentials are restricted to server-side use.

How information is used and shared

We use this information to authenticate users, apply permissions, match and schedule battles, administer tournaments, send notifications and handle support and security issues. Creator profile and battle information is visible to users allowed to access it. Network owners and approved staff can access their network management information. Issue reports are visible to their submitter and the super administrator.

When a network enables Discord notifications, creator handles, opponents, tournament names and scheduled dates and times may be sent to its chosen Discord channel and viewed by people with access to that channel. We do not sell account information or use it for targeted advertising.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication, database and profile image storage. Cloudflare hosts the application and scheduled delivery services. TikTok and Discord process data when you use their connections. Email delivery, when enabled, uses an email service provider. These providers may process information in countries other than your own and under their own privacy policies.

Cookies and browser storage

We use session cookies to keep you signed in and browser storage for preferences such as your selected workspace view. Referral information may be retained during registration so an account can be associated with its referral. These features support the service; we do not currently use advertising trackers.

Retention and security

Information is kept while needed to operate accounts, schedules, support and security records. We use access controls and private service credentials, and prepare encrypted backups for recovery. No system can guarantee complete security. After an account closure request, some records may need to remain for other participants’ schedules, dispute handling or legal obligations; we will explain any applicable limits. Backup copies may remain until their retention cycle expires.

Your choices

You can update your profile and time zone, manage permitted network connections, and adjust available notification preferences. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, email snipersquadstreams@gmail.com. We may verify account ownership before acting. Disconnecting a provider does not remove messages already sent to a Discord server.

Age and changes

Creator Rivals is intended for users aged 18 or older. Contact us if an underage account has been created. This policy may be updated as features and providers change; material changes will be communicated through the service.
